AES Panamá and ITSE Sign Cooperation Agreement to Promote Technical Education

AES Panamá and ITSE Short-Cycle Higher Education signed a Framework Cooperation Agreement with the aim of strengthening ties between academia and the productive sector, contributing to the country’s social and economic development.
The agreement, signed by Miguel Bolinaga, President of AES Panamá, and Dr. Milena Gómez Cedeño, Educational Director and Rector of ITSE, establishes the basis for collaboration on academic, scientific, and cultural initiatives that promote innovation, knowledge transfer, and the development of highly skilled human talent.

This agreement with ITSE reinforces our commitment to contributing to the country not only through sustainable energy, but also by creating opportunities that transform lives,” said Miguel Bolinaga during the signing ceremony.
