  • Indicate the required service(s), volumes, time windows, product(s), and expected duration.

  • For public bidding processes for long-term (more than 6 months) electricity supply contracts, the Terminal may launch a public process for the allocation of remaining LNG facility capacity. In such a case, evaluation criteria, schedule, prerequisites, and bid formats will be published in due time.

Stage 3 – Evaluation and Award

  • The Terminal evaluates requests and offers in accordance with the principles established in the process terms and current operational constraints.

  • In the case of a public process, the award — full or partial — will be communicated along with applicable commercial conditions.

Stage 4 – Contracting and Guarantees

  • Submission of guarantees and other precedent conditions.

Stage 5 – Scheduling and Nominations

  • Users submit nominations (logistical scheduling) within the established windows (truck loading, berthing, etc.).

  • The Terminal confirms slots, with the right to request changes to nominations if operational changes occur.

  • In case of restrictions or force majeure events, prioritization and rescheduling protocols established in contracts and procedures will apply.

  • Maintenance and Outages: Annual program communicated in advance; notification and rescheduling mechanisms in place.

  • Safety and Emergencies: Implementation of the Contingency Plan; drills; coordination with authorities.
