AES Panama people work under five fundamental values:

In AES Panama, we strive to maintain not only plant safety, but our organization and communities. He have established as a goal, the development of a culture that puts Safety first, under a continuous follow-up of all processes and procedures, identifying greater and more frequent risks, and implementing a series of training programs designed to mitigate those risks.
Concrete examples of our actions include the development of a training program and best practices for (a) communicating risks of Chemicals substances, (b) works with high voltage equipment, (c) works in confined spaces with respiratory protection equipment, (d) works in water and (e) hearing protection.
Perfecting these programs and our dedication to their implementation are indicative of the efforts of AES Panama to foster a cultural transformation and strengthen the concept of labor safety and procedures in the minds of our people, which is reflected in our actions and activities.
