AES Panamá Foundation celebrates International Women’s Day with a corporate volunteering day

In a significant gesture of commitment to gender equity and female empowerment, the AES Panamá Foundation commemorated International Women’s Day with a high-impact corporate volunteering day. The activity took place at AES Panamá’s Costa del Este offices, where a team of highly trained volunteers gave their time and experience to offer a series of talks and workshops specially designed to strengthen the skills and employability of women.

These sessions were carefully designed to address key aspects of vocational guidance and soft skills development, essential for the personal and professional growth of the beneficiaries of the AES Panamá Foundation. Topics such as time management, assertive communication, problem solving, innovation and technology were addressed in a dynamic and participatory way, generating a direct impact on the strengthening of the participants’ skills.
